A symbol of luxury! Concorde F-BVFC (serial number 9) entered service with the Air France fleet on the 3rd of August 1976, equipped with 100 seats.
Between the 6th and the 28th of 1989, she accomplished a round the world flight of 51,354 km in 37 hours 25 minutes, of which 17 hours and 5 minutes were at supersonic speed. A second circumnavigation was performed between the 10th and the 26th of October 1993. 43,084 km were covered in 35 hours 20 minutes, of which 17 hours and 5 minutes were at supersonic speed.
On Friday the 27thof June 2003, Concorde F-BVFC Fox Charlie flew one last time between Roissy and Toulouse-Blagnac. After this final flight, the aircraft was permanently grounded.
